Located in the Bromo Arts District of Baltimore, this proposal to a public RFP, reimagines the former Mayfair theater site and its adjacent properties as new mixed-use development to add fuel to a culturally significant neighborhood of Baltimore.
The existing Mayfair structure post-restoration will be transformed into Retail and Multi-family space with supported parking. The adjacent site will serve as a Retail plug to activate the street and thrive off of the existing public transport Light Rail line adjacent to the site.
