Porch House

Located in the heart of vibrant Remington, in Baltimore, this house from the 1900s was stripped down to its bones and transformed into a modern, minimalist single-family home.

The house gets its name from the original porches at the front and back of the house that will continue to remain. Typical to Baltimore row homes, the first floor has all the common spaces in a continuous open floor plan from the living room all the way to the kitchen and back patio beyond.
